Pathfinders Innovation ‘Sandpit’: Help shape the GGR research & innovation agenda

Pathfinders grants of up to £60k are available to innovators and researchers for UK based proof-of-concept type GGR research.

CO2RE is hosting an event to scope the focus of its final invitation for Pathfinders applications.

During a one-day sandpit on 22 September in London, participants will come together to identify the research agenda for this autumn’s Pathfinders competition (read background information about the Pathfinders, the objectives of the sandpit and how to apply for funding). Sandpit participants will be eligible to apply for Pathfinder funding.

The Hub will pay participants travel costs to attend the event.

Why participate?

Not only will participants be well placed to bid for one of the new grants. By participating they can also:

  • enhance their chances of success in the funding competition;
  • connect with and learn more about the largest GGR research programme in the UK;
  • help shape the UK innovation agenda;
  • develop their network across sectors;
  • be part of the effort to drive forward essential GGR;
  • form a nascent team to apply for Pathfinder funding; ; and,
  • learn new things from other experts in an open, friendly non-competitive environment.

How do I get involved?

If you would like to participate in the sandpit, please email the Flexible Fund Manager, Dr Paul Rouse.
