The UK GGR Event Day 3: Innovate

Hosted by the GGR-D programme, the UK GGR Event will bring together researchers and innovators from the programme with policymakers, businesses, NGOs, investors and others with an interest in greenhouse gas removal.

Day 3 of the event, Innovation Day, will bring together start-ups working on greenhouse gas removal (GGR) and climate investors, corporate partners, leading academics and anyone with an interest in GGR.

The day will see a selected group of promising GGR start-ups pitch to a distinguished jury of climate investors, technologists and policy experts. Each selected start-up will present their breakthrough solutions. Then the jury will evaluate the presentations and select five standout ventures to join the UK’s first dedicated CDR Accelerator.

Powered by Undaunted and supported by Innovate UK, this bespoke accelerator programme includes go-to-market strategy, MRV (monitoring, reporting and verification) and technical validation, techno-economic analysis, regulatory readiness, AI integration for operational scale, and comprehensive support designed specifically for carbon removal companies ready to scale their impact.

We’re thrilled that the keynote speaker for the day will be Joyeeta Das, serial founder and CEO of Samudra Oceans.

Climate investors, climate-tech businesses, policy experts, researchers, technologists, sustainability leads and all those with an interest in GGR are very welcome to attend. Please click here to register
